Fiberglass is one of the early materials to create mining helmets while the ABS, HDPE and PC are also popular thanks to simple processing methods.

Composed of straps and buckles, this suspension system not only fasten the mining helmet to miners' heads, but also provide excellent shock resistance by keeping an empty space between miner's head and the hard shell of the helmet. - Built-in light bulbs & metal brackets
Built-in light bulbs make the miners easy to see in the darkness. If you want to custom lamps or other accessories of your choice, a metal bracket will be provided on the helmet for easy attachments. - Various fits can be attached to the helmet
Mining helmets can be equipped with full brim or gradational brim to protect miners' eyes and ears form falling objects and debris. Meanwhile, face shields, breathing apparatuses or wireless video cameras can be fastened to the mining helmets to provide enhanced protection the miners.

- Shell material: ABS, HDPE, PC or custom materials.
- Built-in light: single long-lasting small power LED lights with handset charger.
- Battery: quality lithium battery enables the light to bright for 15 hours.
- Suspension: 6 or 8 point ratchet style nylon suspensions
- Size: suitable for most head sizes ranging from 50 cm to 66 cm.
- Standards: EN397, AS/NZS 1081:1997 or custom standards.
- Note: Cannot be merged in water.
